The Michael Flattely competition was stiff.

Saturday night saw 'Shatterhand' and 'Monkey Butlers' providing the entertainment through a PA big enough to fill the SECC (well maybe a bit quiet there but ye get the picture), their PA had passed the place and thought the whole building was the pub and so overcomensated slightly, well by about 3000 watts actually.

Some well rehearsed (hah !) chaos as the tatto competiton and trophies vied with the band swap for space.

Flamin' 'ell , Wee John's in for it .
© Bikers1.com The 'Full Hog' finally got set up and no sooner had the first fingernail hit the first string and the dance floor and any available space was full of folk partyin'.

Being sober, a scarey experience admidst this melee, I escaped to the diner, I was about to congratulate Maverick for 'Best paint' when the voice boomed ' es me bruther', apparently everyone gets them confused, must be the accent. I blethered with the 'Conductors MCC 'from Northern Ireland for a bit and my gut reminded me that I hadn't eaten. I think I ate better over the weekend than I do at home, good grub by the way.

As 2am approached it was time to get a few Guiness' down me neck and get the trolley out and load up the bodies, judging by the state of everyone they seemed to have had a good time.

Sue consoles Marty during his sunday morning bout of constipation.

Sunday morning and time to eat up, clear up and clear out.

It was about midday when we cleared up the empty tent left on site, funny how there's always one.
